Application form for the full-time Intensive Academic English Program

1. Complete the application form below. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

2. Pay the $100 application fee after submitting the application.

3. Pay the $250 deposit to reserve your place at the ELI (this deposit is refundable if the F-1 visa is denied at consulate). The deposit will be deducted from your tuition payment when you arrive at the ELI and begin your classes.

4. Email a copy of your passport and a bank statement or financial guarantee along with the Certification of Finances form to eli@utk.edu. The application fee, bank or financial statement, tuition deposit, and any other required paperwork must be received before the application can be processed.
