1. Complete this application form. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

2. Pay the $100 application fee after submitting the application.

3. Pay the $250 deposit to reserve your place at the ELI (this deposit is refundable if the F1 visa is denied at consulate). The deposit will be deducted from your tuition payment when you arrive at the ELI and begin your classes.

4. Email a copy of your passport and a bank statement or financial guarantee along with the Certification of Finances form to eli@utk.edu. The application fee, bank or financial statement, tuition deposit, and any other required paperwork must be received before the application can be processed.
